Peanut butter and Jelly Cupcakes

Hey Guys!
Today Im going to write down a recipe here and its called PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY CUPCAKES! I actually found this in a Wilton magazine and so you can also use this for lunch because its like the sandwich. But heres a tip, dont only eat that for lunch. Here are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
1. A box of yellow cake mix
2. 1 cup of water
3. 1/3 cups of creamy peanut butter
4. 3/4 cups of grape jelly, divided
5. Peanut butter buttercream icing
6. 1/3 cup of finely chopped peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line muffin pan with baking cups.

In a large bowl, beat yellow cake mix, eggs, water and peanut butter with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill baking cups with 2/3 full with batter. Spoon 1 teaspoon jelly on top of batter in the center of each cup. Save the rest for a garnish.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or if your toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in their pan for at least 5 minutes. Then remove from pan and let cool completely.

Ice cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream icing. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the remaining jelly on high for 10-15 seconds, stir until smooth. Drizzle over cupcakes and sprinkle peanuts.

So guys i hope you try this out!
